On the morning of June 25-27, 2017, the "Fifth Phase of Logistics System Manager Training" was held at the headquarters as scheduled, with a total of 20 people from the company's and branch logistics system team leaders and above.

 

The training conference specially invited experts in the industry and the director of the company's human resources to explain the trainees in detail from the aspects of logistics theory, corporate practice, and personnel training, and brought more systematic corporate management knowledge to the trainees.

 

Later, the manager of the storage department of the head office conducted a communication analysis on the review efficiency of the storage department and the distribution configuration of the branch; the manager of the logistics management department shared the 2016 Annual Analysis Report of the pharmaceutical industry with the trainees.

 

Finally, in response to the "two-vote system" that has been implemented in our province, the participants exchanged opinions on the experience and problems summarized by the logistics departments of the headquarters and branches in the implementation process, and combined with the characteristics of various cities.

 

This study not only comprehensively understood the industry situation, but also trained everyone's data analysis ability, and worked hard to build a professional medical distribution team! The training was successfully concluded.
